Of camera Kraków Karol Palka
Karol Pałka born in Rabka Zdrój in 1991, Karol is a photographer, cinematographer, documentary film director and graduate of both Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, Wajda School and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He was awarded a PhD in Fine Arts. His works have received numerous awards and been shown at international competitions and festivals, just like: Lensculture, PDN Photo Annual, Calvert Journal, Les Boutographies, Imagesingulières, Voies Off Festival and been shown at international competitions and festivals. He received a scholarship from the City of Krakow in 2018 and also from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in 2020. His Feature-Length Documentary "Bucolic" had a World Premiere at Locarno International Film Festival. He was awarded at the Millennium Docs Against Gravity, Polish Competition, 2021 (Best Polish Film Award) and DOK Lepizig, International Competition, 2021, (Silver Dove Award).
